Self Catering Accommodation
The accommodation sleeps 7 and includes a lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We welcome up to two pets.
The house is heated by oil fired central heating.
The lounge also has an open fire, with an initial supply of coal and logs provided.

Of the four bedrooms one has a king size double bed, two have twin single beds and the fourth a single bed.
With the exception of one of the twin bedrooms all the others have wash hand basins.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath.
Bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

The kitchen and utility room are equipped to a high standard. In the kitchen are an oven/hob, microwave and toaster. The kitchen is large enough to include a breakfast table and stools.
A fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher are located in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen.
The dining room seats eight and a high chair is also available should you require it.
Satellite TV, DVD and CD player, books and games are provided for your use.

The enclosed garden area has space for 3 cars.
Mobile telephone reception is available.
